Fits, but is slightly larger than usual. I'm 16/18 and XL fits a bit loose. I'm 5ft 2in and I found it very long. I had to pull it up past my waist to get it about mid-thigh. The color matches the picture perfectly. Good continuous line. I was expecting it to be more fabric and less plastic, but that's my own misconception.
