The ONLY issue I had with this product is the remote control not stopping and starting video recording on my Android phone. Pictures are taken, but the video does not start or stop as advertised. If it wasn't for that, it would be a 5 star item. To update! So far very disappointed with this seller. As I wrote before, I liked this product. I liked it so much that I bought it again. The first photo shows the tablet holder that came with the FIRST one I bought. I bought a second one, it didn't have a tablet holder. I sent it back. I have ordered another one. It also doesn't have a tablet holder as you can see in the picture. I don't know what's going on with this provider. I hope you read this and offer an explanation.
