Terrible workmanship, terrible customer service

The strap literally fell apart while hiking. Most parts were found but still terrible workmanship. Customer service avoids communication after discussing problems. Don't plan to honor Clifton Heritage with their warranty, or stand behind their product. Attention buyers.
