Seems to work well for vitamins, minerals and supplements

Green Tea Extract may have helped the most, but I've lost at least 5 pounds. apparently for this product. Gives me a slight boost of energy and seems to reduce my appetite a bit but also seems to give me some body odor (despite using deodorant every day) which is new and I suspect is related to the DHEA metabolite. However, as at least one other reviewer has pointed out, I wonder if my body will adjust and then I won't see any noticeable benefits. Just take a look.

Great price for Keto-7 only DHEA with many added benefits

I have been taking DHEA for its many health benefits for a long time and was very excited when I found out about the specialty of keto. -7 and after shopping I found this product which was very valuable just because it contains DHEA and it contains many other non-stimulant ingredients that still help me feel more energetic and maintain my weight. The tablet is on the upper limit of what I can swallow comfortably, but it's a smooth gel coating with no bad taste or aftertaste.

Used all year round. Great thermogenic helper / slimming aid

In use for about a year. I take 2 in the morning after waking up and 1 before a workout. chief thermogenic lol. I really sweat a lot, especially when I'm doing cardio. It definitely helps burn more calories at the gym. I also feel like my muscles are much better afterwards, especially in my abs. If you increase the dose too much, you will have problems. I had numbness in my fingers as well as sometimes loss of color if I took more than 4 a day. Do not do that. Serious. When this happenedโ€ฆ
