I always order cases for my phones to protect my screens while carrying them in my purse or otherwise. This one is almost perfect, but when I fold the faceplate behind the phone, it's hard to take apart. I have never had this problem. Otherwise, it works well: it fits the iPhone 12 perfectly with instant access to all features. My last case made it difficult to access the various "buttons". I had to try very hard to get it working. This one doesn't have that problem at all. I've only had it a few months so "durability" is a guess, but it seems well made. All in all I would order it again.
