I ordered 5 bounce balls total. Two are the green for ages 7-9 and 3 adult ones. One of the balls was much smaller when blown up and I reached out to customer service. They gave instructions on how to perhaps fix the issue. I tried blowing them up again and there was truly a difference in size. I sent pictures and they immediately responded and are shipping out a replacement and making sure I get it by Christmas. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Love these bounce balls. Can't wait to give them to my grandsons.
