This product was very easy to install. Moen has an installation video if you google it. A template is included with the instructions. Simply tape the instructions to the wall and use a spirit level to ensure the guides on the instruction paper line up. You will need a drill to install the anchors. This is where online video comes in. The anchors were unlike any I have ever used and the installation instructions were very helpful. The towel holder itself is not made of plastic, but of thin and light metal. The towel holder leaves enough space for thick bath towels and is still compact enough for tight spaces. Very happy with this purchase and would recommend.
