Tasty, good, but also difficult to say?
I started taking this probiotic regularly about a year ago and really enjoyed it. I have a sensitive stomach with a few minor allergies like gluten, peanuts and eggs. So I'm prone to the occasional severe gas, bloating, etc. When I took this, it seemed to decrease significantly. At the same time, my diet has changed significantly during this time. I've tried other probiotics and haven't stuck with them. I think the delicious taste motivated me to stick with it. Anyway, I'll try again and update this in a few weeks to confirm or change my mind.
