When we started our engagement with RapidScale, we were looking for ways to improve our business processes and create new revenue streams from customers that didn't fit into our existing offerings. They helped us understand our current business practices and how they could be improved. Their team has been extremely responsive and helpful during our engagement so far. I have no complaints! The only thing that comes to mind is that I wish their support was more available around the clock. There are times when I'm working and my phone rings and it's not even 10am in India. This isn't too much of an issue though because our engagement ends at 5pm. I've heard nothing but positive feedback about them from other companies that have also used them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for help improving or scaling their business processes. We've taken some time to implement systems changes that will improve customer experiences.
