I like most of what they do! The support staff are fantastic - very quick responses time wise (even though it's 9pm at night or 11am in Australia) when setting up an account for my daughter who just wanted her own website domain & logo design from them without doing everything myself first which was great :). I like how easy it was for me personally when working with them because they were extremely helpful in every step of my incorporation process! They are very professional yet friendly at this time which made everything so much easier especially after we decided not go through our local attorney but rather went direct from their office instead since he wasn't available during certain times throughout most days (I think).
