They do great work - I use them for all my business needs!
I like most of what they do! The support staff are fantastic - very quick responses time wise (even though it's 9pm at night or 11am in Australia) when setting up an account for my daughter who just wanted her own website domain & logo design from them without doing everything myself first which was great :). It can take longer than you expect if your not familiar with how their system works but once set-up correctly its really easy going forward. I have used this service for incorporation of my LLC since 2013 with no issues (or complaints). They are very knowledgeable about what you need in an entity - they can help guide you through it from start-to finish without any surprises or hassles! The online portal makes everything easy so there's nothing left up to chance when completing paperwork/filing applications etc.

- perhaps some minor things here now i think back that could be improved upon?
