I like all of it, from scheduling to tracking hours worked for payroll purposes is very accurate as well as timecard entry which helps with payroll deductions as well.

It doesn't have any downsides at this point but if there are then i would recommend taking your time getting familiar with how everything works since some things can be confusing when first using something new especially in regards to logging into our portal every day or so. We do not use their mobile app because we prefer entering data manually instead of having someone else enter it while they're out running errands etc..
