Pros: Decent image quality with 2/4 cameras. build quality of the camera. Cons: Terrible tech support and customer service (they don't want to work with you and they have no idea about their products. They usually just ignore any questions you ask, they don't have an answer.) The mobile app and the PC app are almost total useless and obsolete. The NVR software is outdated, clunky looking and missing key features. With these cameras, you cannot change the FPS from 15 fps to more. These are 5 megapixel cameras, but they only support 15 frames per second. 2 of the 4 cameras I received are defective. The motion sensor is completely useless and only works about 15% of the time and if you increase the sensitivity it just keeps turning off. The night vision on these cameras is also terrible. . It's like a spotlight in the center of each camera leaving every other corner of the camera too dark to see anything. The PoE jack on these devices is HUGE, so if you plan on using them indoors you'll need to drill a big enough hole for it. All in all, at over $200, this system just isn't worth the time and effort struggling with it because of the risk of getting buggy cameras, a clunky user interface, using horrible mobile and computer apps, or needing tech support. . You will not receive adequate support from either company or Revain Technical Support. You are all clueless. You are better off buying something in the $300 range that is 100x better and easier to use, with updated firmware/software and hopefully better tech support.
