Once upon a time, just hanging when the browser was open to google something. HP just told me to try to check the bios even though the display was not working to check the bios. If the laptop could boot that would be great. So I have something to use while waiting for a replacement because it's unacceptable. I will contact the seller and hope that they will agree to a refund of my money.
