My laptop has been working great since I've had it. I bought it to replace an older HP machine. Plays all the games I've tried with no problems. I once got HP support to replace a burned out hard drive on another machine, had no problems and was easy to work with. I'm shocked by some of the reviews. My experience with HP devices has always been more than excellent. This laptop only needs a few extra USB ports and an optical drive. pleases with the dual drive setup.

Had the same issue others have posted about where the screen twitches and freezes at random times. Windows and HP Support were unable to resolve the issue and all diagnostic data shows the system is working properly, so it appears to be a hardware issue.
