Nice warmth on a cold day, great customer serviceI wore the heated gloves when I went out for a long visit at a playground with my grandson and it was 31º outside, somewhat windy and involved a lot of standing around. I had the gloves set to high, had charged the batteries before going out. My hands felt comfortable, never cold, and never too warm, just about right, so the gloves did the trick.I had a problem when I first received the gloves because the cords you attach the batteries to were sticking out from the gloves. Because of this I assumed you needed to plug them into the charging device they provide, but the plugs were all female and there was no way to plug them in. I emailed the company and it turns out the batteries come delivered inside the gloves and need to be removed to be charged. The company got right back to me and explained that they were missing a step in their instructions and would update them. Once I removed the batteries and charged them it was not an issue.I received this product in exchange for my unbiassed review.
