Extremely terrible customer service!

Gloves are warm when they work. I had problems getting warranty work through the company for the two weeks through Christmas, and that was their excuse, the holidays. For 10 days now I've been waiting for a response back from customer service because I have a battery problem a month and a half after they sent me a replacement pair. When the gloves work they work great and I would recommend them. however dealing with customer service when they don't return emails for a week to two weeks is…

Pros
  • Bought for my brother who works outdoors in bad weather. He lives them! Says simply perfect
Cons
  • Battery so not last long and does not keep finger warm

Fully Charge Before Use

got these for a coworker because we are outside in very cold weather a lot for work, this is what she had to say:.I'm outside constantly for my job. I like how they came with instructions for use, not all gloves do so that was a major plus. It was an overall nice experience to use these as heated gloves are a major thing to have here in Ohio. Kept my hands evenly warmed. Takes some time to fully charge before use but they last a good amount of time with even heating the whole time

Pros
  • Used them tonight coming home on my motorcycle and they were awesome.
Cons
  • Gloves are just like another pair ofgloves. The gloves don't heat up muchat all.

Not as warm as hoped

My husband is a cyclist, loves to ride outside even when it is ridiculous cold out. We can get enough layers everywhere but his hands. These gloves keep the chill off, but do not get anywhere near as warm as we had hoped. They are comfortable and not stiff, but the warming power is just meh. The battery pack is small and lightweight, and charges very fast. The charge holds for at least an hour, which is his winter ride time. The instructions were vague at best, but it is a pretty simple set up.

Pros
  • Great product able to move my hands freely and they stay warm, and waterproof!
Cons
  • Defective item only last me 1 month of used returned to revain I will never buy it again.

Warm comfortable gloves, but the battery makes a snug fit

I typically wear a size medium or large depending on the brand, so I decided to go large to be on the safe side here.Overall I enjoy them. Had some snow over the weekend and used these to clear the snow and they were amazing keeping my hands warm, I found the low setting worked great at keeping the chill away. It was on the lower 30's so not super cold. However the one thing i dont like is the battery pack. I know its a necessary evil for these to work, but I find that the battery pack can make…

Pros
  • My husband's hands are always cold so I got him these. He loves them!
Cons
  • It did not work for me. Unfortunately I was not able to return (I was not aware).

Horrible Investment DOES NOT Heat Hands

Normally I don’t write reviews but i cold not let this slide. I will try to keep it short….My hands froze in 20 degree temperature and I mean ICE COLD NUMB FINGERS AND HANDS… These gloves do not heat hands at all. They do not work in 20 or 30 degree cold weather let alone a lower temperature. The gloves are advertised as heating hands front and back as well as fingers and that does not happen. The front of the hands/fingers have no element to heat up. The highest temperature does not even reach

Pros
  • Great product! A little small putting them on, but overall a good fit. Would definitely buy again...
Cons
  • expensive for the little heat you feel from these gloves. would not purchase them again.

Nice warmth on a cold day, great customer service

Nice warmth on a cold day, great customer serviceI wore the heated gloves when I went out for a long visit at a playground with my grandson and it was 31º outside, somewhat windy and involved a lot of standing around. I had the gloves set to high, had charged the batteries before going out. My hands felt comfortable, never cold, and never too warm, just about right, so the gloves did the trick.I had a problem when I first received the gloves because the cords you attach the batteries to were…

Pros
  • Premium Heated Gloves Cold Winter
Cons
  • May not be suitable for all outdoor activities

Cheap heated gloves

I own two pairs of these gloves for riding my bike, the Large and XL size. These run about 1/2 size smaller than normal. Any man who wears large gloves should probably purchase the XL size, and if you have big hands the XL size may be too tight. As for performance, the heat feature does work OK, but my hands still get cold if it’s under 30 degrees. I am not sure if the fingers are fully heated as they claim. The battery lasts several hours.

Pros
  • Made of high-quality materials, the BRIGENIUS Heated Gloves were designed to last. They can withstand wear and tear from daily use, extreme weather conditions, and frequent washing
Cons
  • Could increase dependence on technology and decrease outdoor enjoyment

Does NOT heat up. on my review.

I purchased these gloves for my husband for a trip that we were going on and they did not heat up at all. He could have worn his regular gloves. I am very disappointed in this product DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! SMH!

Pros
  • Excellent product very warm and they work great !!
Cons
  • Expensive compared to regular gloves

Perfect amount of warmth

My son tends to be very cold while doing outdoor activities. These gloves did the trick. He is enjoying outdoor winter activities and his hands are comfortable but not too hot. He said it feels like the heat is all around them not just in one spot. It was a great Christmas gift.

Pros
  • 3 Heating Levels Intelligent Control
Cons
  • Replacement parts may be difficult to find

Nice gloves a little tight tight a bit to thick ,nice though

Nice gloves hard to believe but I believe they are to thick comfortable good heat , rechargeable good quality i got the xl size a little tight

Pros
  • I received these gloves as a gift and could not be happier. My hands are toasty warm.
Cons
  • Junk don’t get hot at all. Not even warm

Does not keep fingers warm

I keep the gloves on the highest setting and they are no better at keeping my hands warm (especially my fingers) than a similar pair of non-heated gloves.

Pros
  • Updated Touch Screen Full Fingers
Cons
  • Touchscreen feature may not be responsive or accurate

But these to keep your hand warm

Kept my husband hands stayed warm, he was able to stay outside with the rest of us. We sledding for hours!Wish I bought these years ago.

Pros
  • ‎X-Large
Cons
  • Interference from other devices may affect touchscreen function

Heat is only on the back of the hand and fingers.

These will do. Nice 'winter gloves'.Looking forward to toasty hands while sitting at football games and soccer games when the weather turns.Heating elements are only on the back of the hands and fingers, not on the sides or palm area. I have heated motorcycle gloves that are warmer and have a warmer over-all feeling than these. For the price though, they rock.Simple design with 7.2v rechargeable batteries in the gauntlets. Push buttons on each glove, with 3 modes High-Med-Low. These cycle from…

Pros
  • Outdoor Recreation
Cons
  • May become uncomfortable after extended wear

Fingers don’t get heated.

The description said that these gloves were good for Reynaud’s syndrome. Back of the hand gets plenty warm, but for Reynaud’s sufferers, we need the warmth in the fingers or else it’s useless.

Pros
  • Finger tips don't heat up as well as rest of glove.
Cons
  • gloves came with no instructions or documentation.

Truly amazing! - my new review

These gloves are worth every penny! I took them skiing in 0 degree weather yesterday and I never lost circulation in my fingers! I have Raynaud’s syndrome and often times my hands are numb and so uncomfortable. These gloves helped me to avoid losing circulation and feeling pain. I am so thankful to have them for cold weather! I need socks next!

Pros
  • While charging there was a loud pop and smoke..... NOT safe
Cons
  • Worked fine but battery didn't last long

Super clever invetion

I could not have even thought that one-day gloves with heat would be something to choose from. It is super comfortable, reusable charge batteries, and most importantly, it keeps me warm. The size is well fit. The color is true black. It is a perfect winter present for anyone who enjoys snow days.

Pros
  • Glad to have them when on the boat in cold weather. I bit thick for fishing with.
Cons
  • They say there windproof not true and they don't heat up much and they take forever to charge up

Must have for Keystone night skii

We love skiing at keystone because of their extended skii at night time.depending on the night, it could get really cold for the hands.we use the pocket hand warmers but they lose heat after awhile and have to keep taking them out to expose them to air.this glove is nice with 3 settings. I find the medium setting is good enough for me.battery size is big but it is an okay trade off for being warm.Nice big buttons for operations as well.I took me about 4 hours to charge up the battery. it lasted

Pros
  • Versatility
Cons
  • May be seen as a frivolous and unnecessary expense

Unfortunately, my left glove quit heating a couple months after the purchase. I don’t know how to get a new glove or contact the company.Update: the company reached out to me after the original review and ultimately I got a new set of gloves that worked great. I’m very impressed with the company now and them reaching out to me to make it right!

Pros
  • Hand & Foot Warmers
Cons
  • May not be suitable for extremely cold temperatures

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Warming glove did not generate much heat

The warming glove was not very warm even on high setting. The warmness felt the same as if you were warming the glove with your own body heat. Your body heat may take a longer then the battery generated heat but as a glove to help with arthritic hands it was not very useful.

Pros
  • ‎13.39 x 7.24 x 3.03 inches
Cons
  • May not offer sufficient protection for heavy-duty outdoor work

Waste of money: my feedback

This product was an absolute waste of money. Do not waste ur time and hard earned money. I work construction outside and all I can say is that the heat does not work at all

Pros
  • I'll be trying it out soon
Cons
  • Too bulky and not warm enough
