Gloves are warm when they work. I had problems getting warranty work through the company for the two weeks through Christmas, and that was their excuse, the holidays. For 10 days now I've been waiting for a response back from customer service because I have a battery problem a month and a half after they sent me a replacement pair. When the gloves work they work great and I would recommend them. however dealing with customer service when they don't return emails for a week to two weeks is terrible, extremely terrible customer service, and I would never recommend this company to buy these gloves from to anybody. When they sent me the replacement pair they told me to change my review to something positive so I did however now having to deal with their customer service the second time has been just awful.
