bag came with no tag, outer box or dust bag (which it would have come with if new). One of the three leather tassels was missing and there are scuffs and wear to all hardware. great, very disappointing. As mentioned in other reviews, I was clearly sold a used defective bag at full price. if rebecca minkoff cares about the reputation of your product, you shouldn't be selling on amazon because all the excitement of getting that bag (which cost $200) is gone as soon as you open it. It's a very cute bag and style, but you'd better buy it directly from the designer than through Amazon as there obviously isn't any quality control there.
