I use this backpack every day! It's literally so perfect to use and I love that I have practically no hands. The back pocket is perfect for a cell phone. Love it!

If I could put zero stars, I would! First, there was a used face mask in the back of the bag! I thought I was buying a NEW bag, not a USED one!

I think it's a FAKE. It doesn't look like my old beat up version that I wanted to replace, these are the last two pictures. The flap is a different piece of leather and the zipper metal hardware and clasps don't match my original.

This is a well made beautiful bag. I love how it looks and how light it is. The skin is great. Tailoring is impeccable. My only disappointment is how incredibly small the hole is. I'm 5'3 and I'm 118 lbs. I don't have big hands. I had to buy a tiny purse and had such trouble getting things in and out. Consider changing the opening. I came across a young woman in a shop the other day and she had the same bag. She liked it too and complained about the incredibly small zipper opening. So I can't…

bag came with no tag, outer box or dust bag (which it would have come with if new). One of the three leather tassels was missing and there are scuffs and wear to all hardware. great, very disappointing. As mentioned in other reviews, I was clearly sold a used defective bag at full price. if rebecca minkoff cares about the reputation of your product, you shouldn't be selling on amazon because all the excitement of getting that bag (which cost $200) is gone as soon as you open it.
