The UI of their web interface can be confusing if used without any assistance, but once an expert guides you through it all makes sense! They have always been helpful when I need some advice or help setting up my website (which they did!). Their support team are extremely friendly as well so its very easy for them assist me every time needed during business hours :) Great value considering your get what u pay package - this really helps lower costs compared using cheap service providers who just want more money from us each month so nothing remains constant over months/years-worth which make billing not feasible!! If budgeting wasnt such huge part we would definitely recommend paying upfront per invoice instead monthly payments depending upon usage since prices seem too high especially after many years working together! Website issues that could've costed less had better knowledge & workarounds rather than making customers go around The support team is very helpful and the service is very well managed. I have not found anything that I dislike at this point. I think the pricing is on the higher side. I would recommend this service to others who require a managed service provider.
