Adaptable: Medical Supplies and Equipment

It took me a while to figure out how to use it because I had read the instructions. Do yourself a favor, ditch the instructions and just use this strip to wrap around your ankle. Then adjust as you like. I sprained my ankle and wore a lace-up corset for a couple of weeks. Then I wanted to have something that would give me a little more mobility to carry around the house. I used this ankle roll three weeks after my sophomore degree and was able to walk 9000 steps without pain. Half of these steps were without spacers. The brace is like an occasional crutch and I will be wearing it while shoveling snow or hiking over the coming weeks as the ankle is on the way to healing. They say 6 weeks is full recovery from a second degree ankle fracture so I'm assuming that means moving on to that in 3 weeks and keep training diligently. I feel pretty stable in it, but there's also room for mobility, which is also essential for healing. I received two backpacks because I understand that an uninjured ankle can compensate for an injured ankle and general ankle weakness can lead to a fall.
