Completely Useless Automotive Converter

My analysis of this product showed that it is a complete waste of money. The build quality is extremely poor and it failed to work properly in my RV. The only positive thing I can say is that the customer service was responsive, but unfortunately they couldn't help me with a solution. The cons are numerous - it doesn't convert power, it doesn't transform voltage, it doesn't even inflate a cigarette! Don't waste your time or money on this product.
