Great for ADHD kids, and moms too!
Great physical "distraction" for my ADHD 7 year old. Well made and sturdy. I weigh 200 pounds, and am able to stand on it without worrying about breaking it. Useful for my kids, and I definitely can feel it in my calves, so I'm assuming it's doing something. Neat thing to have around.
