I like that this product does not have an unpleasant smell. I've always hated using vinegar to descale my coffee maker because (and maybe it was all in my head) the next 10 cups of coffee tasted like vinegar. My Keurig told me it was time to descale, but I continued to ignore it. But I have a super duper deluxe (expensive) and didn't want to buy another one anytime soon. I've been using it daily for about a year and I love it. I read the reviews and some people said the coffee tasted better, I use it now so I can't confirm, but it's really easy to use. The water that comes out is definitely polluted with old coffee. I realized that whatever I use on a daily basis should always be as clean as possible. By the way, I didn't realize it until I got the bottle, which is made by the same company I buy hot tub sanitizer from. I have crystal clear water. I try too hard to keep it clean so I add chemicals on a strict schedule. The price of the spa cleaner was lower than any of the many pool and spa shops here. I've noticed that when I walk in the door at these places, they noticeably lose interest in me when I tell them I have a 400 gallon hot tub. I'm in Florida and they prefer people with large inground pools. Impresa sends emails to thank you for your business and to make sure everything is ok. Much better service than regular stores. In fact, I will copy and paste this review and post it on the spa cleaner's website as well. It's nice to find a company that can offer you several different useful products,
