Review on Saucony Cohesion Running Royal Black Men's Shoes: A Perfect Blend of Style and Performance by Victor Shepherd
Great from day one
The shoes are great for the gym, hiking and short runs. Serious runners will want to buy the higher quality shoes they make and I know from experience that they are great. Also, they are really good shoes, comfortable from day one. For that money you have to spend twice as much on other more popular brands but Saucony is a great brand in my experience. This is not my first pair with them.

- The shoes are not very light, which makes it difficult to walk long distances.
