The ease of use, customer service is outstanding! It's also very responsive to your needs when you need help or have questions about something that isn't quite clear in their system. Their support team really knows what they are doing so it makes sense for me as I'm not technically savvy at all (I am learning though!). Sometimes there can be lag time between submitting an order through the website versus receiving notification via email - but this has been resolved by contacting them directly with any issues/questions we may encounter along our journey. We've used other programs such as QuickBooks Online before however none compare to EBS' level of integration into accounting software like Xero. They do everything from managing inventory, invoicing customers etc., which saves us hours each week compared to having 2 people handling those tasks separately within another program.
