Coffee Pot Received on August 3rd. Used for exactly (5) days at a maximum of (2) cups per day. Today, August 11, the pot stopped working. I pushed the button and the light just blinked. I googled, checked the reviews and found that "press and hold the brew button for 3 seconds" doesn't work for me. "Unplug for 30 seconds, then plug in, hold the brew button for 3 seconds." Didn't work for me. "Clean the top and bottom needles with a paperclip and water." It didn't work in my case. "Tap the float on the tank so it feels the water." I took the lid apart and everything I could get into the tank couldn't find a float or anything, so obviously it didn't work in my case . What I finally found was that the two buttons circled in the attached horrible photo were sticky (top) and crooked (bottom). I pressed and released the top button a few times, then gently pulled up on the bottom button to free it from its stuck position. I tested the cup, pressed the button, it works as it should. Immediately brewed another cup and worked as it should. I will monitor this and update as necessary. Hope this helps someone who needs a cup of coffee while sitting in their cabin and is as confused as I am.
