Review on Z Ink Remanufactured Replacement 802XL by Brandon Reynolds

I ordered this ink in October 2020 and it worked great in my Epson Workforce WF-4720 until my son updated the firmware today. Now the printer doesn't recognize the ink and won't print until I change the ink. I hate Epson for that! They release FW updates on purpose to prevent using 3rd party cartridges. On the other hand, the new set of EZ Ink cartridges I ordered and received works great, but the previous ones are rubbish even though they still had a lot of ink in them. My advice: don't install firmware updates until you're ready to replace ink cartridges. Update the firmware and then install new EZ ink cartridges.
