Attention.: Office electronics

Ordered in 2019 and not used immediately. When the copies began to smear and no cleaning helped, I took the printer to a repair shop. I've been told that cartridges almost never leak; but this one did. I love the printer and that's my only complaint, but it costs a little over $40 as I used about half of the toner before the problem started. I've tried calling Brother on the number they gave me but I don't have time to wait.

Hello capacity, probably the original cartridge. It leaked after a month of use, apparently empty.

This is supposed to be a genuine Ultra High Performance Brother cartridge and it actually looks genuine (both packaging and cartridge). Unfortunately we didn't even have a month. Began to streak a lot and now it's pretty much useless. Versus. The original set of OEM cartridges that came with the printer lasted 9 months and we printed over 3,000 pages from them. Two modifications of TN-436BK! New (three tabs) CANNOT be used in HL-L8360CDW!

I have just received the TN-436BK to install on my Brother HL-L8360CDW. It could not be installed. The photo on the LEFT shows that this version of the TN-436BK has THREE protrusions (above the label showing where to install the cartridge). The central tab rests against the plastic part of the printer body. That looks pretty intentional. BEWARE OF "GUARANTEE " BROTHER

I purchased this item on June 3rd. I like to keep a supply of toner in case my printer runs out of toner. I have a business and I can't afford a printer that doesn't work even for a day. So I put it in this toner two days ago and it's a defective product. I'll call my brother to come back. They said there is only a 90 day warranty and as the warranty expires I cannot return the item. They don't even offer a replacement. My $93 went in the trash because of my brother's crappy policies. I have…

More like Super LOW Yield

Not worth the money. Buy a cheap fake TN433 instead. It will take the same time. This toner is rated for 6500 pages but only lasted 3 months (about 1000 pages) before the printer refused to print until I replaced it. There is still a lot of toner in the cartridge. This was in the MFC-L8900CDW printer. I will no longer buy Brother cartridges. At least with third party toners, if they pretend to be TN436 but are actually TN433 (or less similar) you're still getting a good deal.

I got this item for late January.

I received this item for a stocking at the end of January. The only option I have is to replace it. However, this cartridge shows as empty on the screen. I am extremely disappointed.

That's cheating! Not an original hardware replacement cartridge as advertised!

I've had this product for less than 2 weeks, I paid $82.00 and it started with the error message 'Printer is low on toner' and yellow streaks on the printed pages. This is described as a genuine replacement cartridge but appears to be not. HP must make refills and sell them as new! That's cheating! I want to refill the original cartridge. Revain needs to verify what the claims are!

Defective products will not be replaced

I bought a new Brother printer a few months ago and am very happy with it. However, when I bought the toner, I found that it was defective and not working. I contacted Brother and they asked me to give them the serial number, send them a copy of the sales receipt, take a picture of the toner in the printer and then they said someone else to call me.
