Review on Brother TN436BK Super High Yield Toner, Black - Retail Packaging by Dee Parson

I purchased this product on June 3rd. I like to keep a supply of toner in case my printer runs out of toner. I have a business and I can't afford a printer that doesn't work even for a day. So I put it in this toner two days ago and it's a defective product. I'm calling my brother to get him back. They said there is only a 90 day warranty and as the warranty expires I cannot return the item. They don't even offer a replacement. My $93 went in the trash because of my brother's crappy policies. I have purchased their printer and toner for more than 2 years. I spend over 300 every time when I need a complete set of black and color toners. That's not how you treat a customer. In short, don't.
