I bought a new Brother printer a few months ago and am very happy with it. However, when I bought the toner, I found that it was defective and not working. I contacted Brother and they asked me to give them the serial number, send them a copy of the sales receipt, take a picture of the toner in the printer and then they said someone else to call me. And nobody ever did. Toner is expensive and I am initially frustrated having to deal with a defective product, but then wasting my time and not providing a replacement or refund is unacceptable.
