Nearly perfect. for backpacks

better construction/materials than the equivalent Targus bag I've tried. Deducting a star for the fact that they fold the bag in half, which allows the back to fold by itself when the laptop isn't inside. Otherwise this is the perfect bag for me. I use this with a 17 inch Dell Precision 7750 workstation laptop and it fits perfectly.
