Great pump, works!
Six months ago I bought a Surface Spa. They say drain and fill every six months. I used this pump for the first time today and it works great! They have a 7 inch jacuzzi and it took about an hour to empty it. Also calm.

The water outlet is on the side of the housing, which prevents the pump from tipping over in the water when pumping.
