These shoes are so comfortable! I forgot how nice it is to get a new pair of sneakers. There is plenty of cushioning and support for my poor, tired feet. I am 56 years old and my feet are messed up from years of walking and wearing heels to work. Mizuno makes a very good shoe for my narrow feet with enough room in the toe box for my bursitis. The shoe wraps the forefoot securely, holding the foot in place even on the descent and gently supporting the arch of the foot without feeling too tight. Like the rest of the shoe, the heel is very soft for a pleasantly smooth walking experience. I highly recommend these shoes!
