Not for throwing

They don't work at all as throwing streamers. When the threads are cut, they appear to fuse together at the edges. Although they can be unwound with a little effort, they are by no means suitable for fast throwing. They could be used for decoration, but we didn't want to use them for that. I'm glad I ordered a trial pack before ordering them for our war ball.
