Very dry makeup is the best makeup
I bought this mascara in the store and I really liked it, actually it was too wet at first so I waited for it to dry. Preferably a few weeks after opening. When I opened them at the dealer they were EXTREMELY dry. They must be very old or something because the ones I bought from the store last me at least 6 months without being that dry. What a pity.
