I love this! Great core workout!
Omg I love this so much! I ordered it assuming it would do nothing, but after seeing so many great reviews I had to try it. I’ve only been using it for 6 days, but I knew I loved it within 1 minute of getting on it because I could feel all my core muscles tighten up really quickly. You can really tell it’s done something after it finishes the 15 minute cycle and turns off, then all your muscles instantly relax. I’ve been using it twice a day, even if I’m running a few minutes behind leaving for work, I do at least 5 minutes on it. I do recommend it and I’m still surprised how much I love it!
- I love the machine, but wish it would have come with a guide on what exercises to do and how to do them.
