I bought these 16 gram surgical grade stainless steel stud earrings with cubic zirconia to use in my helix piercing but I quickly realized they were too long for the helix. While in my ear, they fall forward and kind of "pop" out forward. I wanted them at the back because of the ball screw so my hair doesn't get caught in the back all the time, but they fit the tragus, which is the much thicker part of the ear. But it's really great quality at a really great price! They are beautiful, durable and well made.
