Review on Boies Schiller Flexner by Todd Phillips

I like that they have an excellent team with different specialties to deal w/ various issues across multiple geographies (eg., USA as well EU). They can be very selective when it comes time pick & choose who you want represent your business interest or lawsuit against them - so make sure u know what ur looking 4! The people do not work together enough which becomes problematic sometimes if there is conflict between employees at one point during representation process where resolution takes more than 1 yr.- eg.: billing disputes etc.. The team was very organized from beginning to end regarding this transaction as well as my follow up with them after I signed papers! They were always available if needed at any time during negotiation or signing process which really helped me out throughout that whole experience!! No complaints here other than they could have been more detailed when describing their services prior to hiring but overall great people who did not disappoint us once we started working together.
