The black Paint Pen is damaged

Mostly good, except that the black paint pen is damaged. The cap is wrinkled and the tip is already covered in paint that dried. I tried to push in the tip to try to get some paint out, but the tip is stuck and won’t come out.Otherwise the product is great.
