Very disappointed with this purchase. The idea and looks are great hence the 2 stars but what this product really lacks is functionality. First, it was badly sewn. The stitching came undone almost immediately in the inner bag and outer bag. I was able to reinsert and reinforce the new stitching. It won't last long because the fabric is thin, including the outside pocket, and I can already see the fabric starting to tear. I've only had him for about a month. You may be wondering if I've overloaded my bag and the answer is no. Actually, my second issue is that the bag is much smaller than I expected. Then when you use it and want to pull out the inner laundry bag, it won't come out because of the outer metal ring. So you essentially have to take everything apart to get a smaller bag. In addition, the trolley is processed very cheaply. He's light, I'll give him that, but he's very weak. I would not recommend this product, even if it were significantly cheaper. It's a cool idea and it looks good, but it's not practical. My suggestion: take a real potato sack and tie it to a light cart. Update: The bag is now completely unusable. The inner bag hooks had come loose, leaving a huge hole in the bag where the velcro straps had been. I just went to the fabric store and bought upholstery fabric and made a new bag and I can use the cart with this bag. So I cannot recommend this bag. You're just throwing your money away.
