Seems to work great for my chronic sinusitis, I have lupus and when my nose dries up in the winter I literally get open lesions in my sinus. The only downside for me here is that even though I ONLY USE DISTILLED WATER and do the vinegar and water "cleansing ritual" every week and sanitize the bleach and water once a month, it doesn't seem like my humidifier is getting that much use pushing out fog like it used to, which annoys me because my sinuses are dry again and it's a bit annoying. With this humidifier, I was able to cycle the entire humidifier tank with distilled water overnight and then found the dial moved slightly to the right (higher mist output) after turning it off from full mist before bed. I'm now dealing with the opposite issue, the dial seems to slowly slide to the left after setting the mist output to medium before going to sleep. So I'm confused, but I mean, if I set the dial to full fog, maybe it just slips in the middle and then everything's "fine" all night, who knows.
