1. It was folded tightly during transportation, and I can't flatten the bottom. 2. The strap around the headrest post cannot be fixed. Only there are 2 flat buckles that are too small to fit through the end of the strap. We watched the videos several times and they don't show how to do it. They only show how to attach it to the console. I would have thought velcro would be the easy way. I guess I'll never know if it works as advertised. Very disappointed.
