I had previously bought boy leg shorts but they were both not long enough and too loose. I am a pear shape so I have large thighs and wanted something that would cover them better but not be loose in the leg. I like the way these shorts look on me. I am 5'6" and 157 pounds. I bought them for an upcoming cruise so I haven't worn them in the water yet, but I am hoping I will continue to be pleased.
