I was looking for insulated winter pants that would be nice for walking the dog and lounging around the house as I keep the thermostat low to save money and save the planet. These pants fit perfectly. Pro The outer surface is made of smooth polyester, but it's not the kind of fabric that will conform to everything. This is good for me as the dog hair doesn't get caught as easily. The trousers are lined with soft fleece. The pockets are deep and have soft zippers. It's handy to take keys and unused dog poop bags with you on a walk. The zippers are malleable enough not to scratch your hands. The only problem is that they are too long for me. I bought the large and I'm 5ft 7in. Another problem is that the legs are really straight. That means they don't drape over winter boots like hiking boots. more flared at the ankle.
