I got it for my mother. The sound is amazing, crisp and clear (if you like what it does). Not sure if you can change the setting to add more bass or not. I used it for a while to make sure I could show her how to work with it. I asked them to call me to check the sound quality and they said it was clear with no breaks or glitches. I called them and there were no problems. They are not difficult and easy enough for my 63 year old mother. She's not tech savvy so I was hoping for that. They come in 3 different sizes and the medium ones fit perfectly. They come in a box smaller than my other pair which is good for my mom as she has small hands. Overall we are happy with this purchase and I'm glad I bought them for her.
