*UPDATE* My original rating was 3 stars and the listing is still listed below and I didn't think 3 stars were that bad. I've had some issues, but not enough to warn anyone who knows this will be a good product for the most part. This was not enough for this seller, he wanted me to be completely satisfied and contacted me via email. When I didn't answer them after a few weeks, no kidding, they *sent* me a letter/Christmas card with well wishes and asked again if there was anything they could do to help me. I think it's overkill and I appreciate enough effort to believe that if you really have a problem these guys will do their best to take care of you. *Original review* A few minor issues. Mine came with a small black square piece of plastic in a pocket that popped out of where the spring was supposed to hold it. At first I didn't know where it went and at first my printer didn't work until I figured out where it went and put it back. After that everything worked fine for a little over 3 months. Then my printer started having problems again, which didn't go away even after replacing the toner cartridge, so I replaced that photoconductor again, but this time from a different manufacturer, and now my printer is working properly again. Not sure if I was just unlucky with this one which only lasted 3 months or another brand (still fake but cost $5 more) would hold up better (it was only 3 weeks). Since I can buy 4-5 drums from other manufacturers for the same price as the official ones, I will keep trying them.
