I bought this mirror for a bathroom renovation project in the basement that also included replacing the ceiling light. The package arrived exactly as Revane said and the packaging was surprisingly good. I can't imagine that it could be damaged in transit. The manufacturer is to be commended for its attention to detail. When I connected the mirror before installation, I was surprised by the light intensity. The specifications state 11,000 lumens. This statement is clearly wrong. Most likely it is 1100 lumens. In my personal opinion the mirror should be brighter but for the price it's probably the best they can do. Another thing to watch out for is the Z-Bracket used for attachment. The part that attaches to the mirror is recessed about 1/4 inch into the mirror frame. When I attached the channel's connector to the wall, the two pieces didn't fit together because the piece on the mirror wasn't flush with the frame. back of the mirror and thus the wall. To fix this problem, I had to remove the three screws holding the channel to the mirror and put three small washers between the channel and the mirror frame. This corrected the alignment and I was able to easily hang the mirror on the channel. Let me be clear: I love the mirror and I think the price is excellent. The fit and finish are excellent and the overall look is fantastic. I just want the light to be brighter and the mounting issue not to be a problem. I found the solution easy but not all so I mentioned it here.
