I was pleasantly surprised by the high quality of this product - it was enough to write a review! I wasn't expecting much as the price was average among similar products but I chose it mainly because it includes 2 devices that we need for our two cats. I was very surprised by the thoughtful and thoughtful packaging when I opened it. A quick charge guide and each item is marked with a helpful little sticker (see photo, in the photo I have the devices already attached to the collars). And they provide 4 collars (2 small sizes, 2 large sizes for different size pets, and one is black and the other is red for easy identification). Plus an educational clicker. Two devices run from one well-designed handheld remote - simple and intuitive. while it works fine. Our cats didn't respond to the beep or vibration at max, but they know for sure that if they get shocked at setting 05 (out of 100) they're doing something wrong. The only problem is that the discharge seems to work intermittently as the collar has to be quite tight to keep the electrodes in contact and our cats find it uncomfortable to wear collars that tight. Also, the USB charger only has 2 cables, so it cannot charge 2 devices and the transmitter at the same time. Overall very happy with this kit helping us keep our cats in check and would recommend it in addition to the shock mats if you are having trouble getting something else to work.
